Mandatory for producers, importers, and brand owners (PIBOs) of plastic-packaged goods under the Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 (amended 2022).
Covers 21 electrical and electronic equipment categories under the E-Waste (Management) Rules 2022, with annual collection targets and EPR credit trading.
Portable, automotive, and industrial battery producers must register and meet collection/recycling/refurbishment targets under Battery Waste Management Rules 2022.

Process
We assess your product portfolio, material categories, and annual import/manufacturing volumes to determine which EPR frameworks apply and what your target obligations will be.
We handle portal registration, category mapping, and target submission on the CPCB EPR portal for all applicable material streams (plastic, e-waste, battery, tyre).
We assist in identifying and contracting with CPCB-registered Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs) or recyclers who will fulfil your collection and processing targets.
EPR obligations are annual. We manage report submissions, track target fulfilment, and purchase EPR credits where required to bridge any shortfall.
For manufacturing units, we prepare and file CTE/CTO applications with the State PCB, manage inspection preparation, and track renewals to avoid lapse-related shutdowns.
